About BlueVault Marketplace

BlueVault Marketplace connects verified buyers of crypto with verified sellers. Buyers send USD directly to a seller’s bank account; once the seller confirms the deposit, the asset moves on-chain to the buyer’s wallet. The marketplace coordinates the timing — it never holds your USD or your crypto.

Buyer onboarding

Before your first purchase you’ll complete a one-time onboarding so we can verify you and route your purchases:

  • Identity & U.S. citizenship. Government ID + a confirmation you’re a U.S. person.
  • Bank info. The name of your bank, its routing number, and the last four digits of the account you’ll send USD from.
  • Receive wallet. Register a wallet you control to receive your crypto purchases. The assets you can buy here settle on Bitcoin and EVM-compatible networks, so register a wallet that supports the chains you plan to receive on.

Onboarding typically takes two to three business days to verify. You can add additional bank accounts or receive wallets later from your buyer dashboard.

How a purchase works

  1. Step 1
    Pick a listing

Listings are fixed in quantity — each represents a specific asset at a set price. Browse what's active, pick the one you want. You can select more than one listing if you want to settle them together in a single transaction.

  2. Step 2
Send USD to the seller's bank

The marketplace generates a unique payment reference code for your purchase and shows you the seller's bank routing/account details. Wire or ACH the USD from your verified bank account, including the reference code on the transfer. (For bundled multi-listing purchases, one wire covers all selected listings.)

  3. Step 3
    Receive crypto in your wallet

Once the seller confirms your deposit has cleared their bank, the asset moves on-chain directly from the seller's wallet to the receive wallet you registered. You'll get an emailed receipt with the on-chain transaction hash.

Pricing

Listings are posted at fair market value. The price you see is the price you pay; no buyer fees, no spread, no surprise totals at checkout.

Live spot estimates shown on each listing are pulled from CoinGecko so you can gauge market conditions at the moment you're committing.

Settlement timing

Settlement is closely monitored on both sides. Buyers get assurance that listings are real and the assets are deliverable. Sellers get assurance that the buyer has actually sent USD that won’t be reversed before the crypto goes out — particularly relevant for ACH, where the marketplace holds the release until the clearance window passes.

Custody

The marketplace takes custody of nothing. Your USD goes from your bank directly to the seller’s bank account. The crypto goes from the seller’s wallet directly to yours. The marketplace coordinates the timing and confirms each leg — but never holds either side. Buyers are responsible for maintaining custody of their own receive wallet after settlement; lost keys cannot be recovered by the marketplace or by the seller.
